Le printemps arabe de la gestion des connaissances
Keywords:
Arab Spring, knowledge management, companies, Arab worldAbstract
The Arab enterprise was long ruled by productivity at the expense of employees and their knowledge. Now that Arabs aspire to democracy and new political, economic and social models, it seems natural to consider the role that knowledge management might play in Arab companies. For the healthy sake of transparency, good governance and economic recovery, it seems logical that people have to claim back the central stage in the organisation. A firm must develop a knowledge management plan to deal with these changes in order to ensure its survival by perpetuating its expertise and know-how, and catalyse collaborative work that will only increase its competitiveness and performance.References
