OASIS : une méthodologie d’apprentissage. Une recherche-action au Niger

Abstract

As a capacity building centre, ATOL has assessed the impact of its investment in learning. Through joint action research with partners in Niger, Mali, Benin, Congo and Angola, ATOL developed a method to guide the organisational learning process. The article first introduces the framework and the different levels and perspectives of organisational learning. Then the article reviews the preparation stages ‘opening the door’, ‘developing a common language’, ‘document management’, ‘stimulating knowledge sharing in teams’ all the way to developing an action plan for structured learning.
